Return & Exchange

At Shine Star Hosiery, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience is our utmost priority. We adhere to a 14-day exchange/return policy, allowing you to request an exchange or return within 14 days after receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria for Exchange/Refund:

  • Only items that are unworn, unwashed, the incorrect size, or undamaged in any other way are eligible for exchange.
  • All pictures on our website depict the original products. However, due to variations in monitors/screens and lighting during the photoshoot, the final product’s color may slightly differ. Products cannot be returned for this reason.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return; only size exchanges are permitted for sale items.
  • To obtain a refund, customers must self-dispatch the parcel. The responsibility for the returned parcel remains with the customer until the goods are received in our warehouse.
  • After the products are returned, refund requests will be processed in a maximum of 7 working days. Note that there are no refunds for delivery expenses.

NOTE:

  • Products bought during a sale are not returnable. Customers may swap these items only within seven days of receiving them.
  • If an item was bought during a sale and the offer has ended at the time of the exchange request, a new price will be applied.

In the following situations, At Shine Star Hosiery is not responsible for exchanges or refunds:

  • An exchange request is submitted after the deadline has passed.
  • When a product is misused or handled improperly, it becomes damaged.
  • Once the goods were purchased, the customer either changed their mind or neglected to review the specifications.

PROCESS FOR EXCHANGE:

Contact our customer service agent at (+92-300-6061-651) as soon as possible after receiving your order to initiate an exchange. Please provide:

  • The order number
  • The reason for the exchange
  • The details of the required exchange item
  • If needed, a photo of the received item.

*There would be replacement costs of Rs. 300/-*

Customers who bought an item during a sale and the required size for exchange is out of stock have two options: they can either obtain an online voucher good for future orders or replace the item with another one that is available and pay the difference.

PROCESS FOR REFUND

Contact our customer service representative within 14 days of receiving your order to receive a refund. Once a confirmation message appears on your phone, ship the item to the specified destination and send the courier receipt to yourself or others over +92-300-6061-651. It can take up to seven days for our representative to complete the refund after confirming that the products were received.

Note: There is no refund for delivery fees.
